Throughout my diverse roles in government, I discovered my true passion for instructional design while working as a Program Specialist. With a strong foundation in technical writing and problem-solving, I successfully developed training programs that tackled complex challenges, solidifying my calling in this field. This revelation motivated me to earn a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology, along with Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.
My hands-on experience as an instructional design intern at Oui Learning Solutions and as a consultant for Priceline has allowed me to create innovative learning solutions that engage learners and address real-world issues effectively. I am driven by the opportunity to leverage learning experience design to craft impactful and captivating courses.
